  12.     Is there a FAQ on Visual C++ anywhere? Or a group devoted just
  13. to Visual C++?

  15. I have lots of C experience and reasonable C++, but can't get started with
  16. VC++, on the one hand I can work through examples and create windows
  17. and dialog boxes and menus etc etc, on the other I can compile simple C++ 
  18. I've written, but there's this yawning chasm in between!

  20. Any suggestions welcome!
